The call-out fee includes travel and a basic diagnostic check.
Minor repairs are covered by the call-out fee only.
For any additional costs beyond the call-out fee, we will provide a quote before carrying out the work.
If the requested work is completed early, we will be happy to carry out a basic check on another PC.
The call-out fee is non-refundable even if the reported problem cannot be found during the visit.
If the same problem occurs again within 3 days of the repair, we will provide support free of charge.
For same-day cancellations, 50% of the call-out fee will be charged.

Payment can be made by cash, card or bank transfer. Any transfer fees must be paid by the customer.
