About the buyer’s negative feedback
It is such a shame that the buyer has lack of PC knowledge and extremely inpatient complaining ‘where the SSD is?’.
There are many types of SSD in the world, but unfortunately he does not know what M.2 NVMe is and the PC always takes usually 10 – 20 seconds to the first posting when the PC power cable was disconnected for a while (ex. Shipping) so BIOS re-read and collect the hardware information.
He just waiting for a couple of seconds after power on the PC and he was panicked and opened the mini PC and show the empty 2.5 inch HDD bay which is standard set from manufacturer, Intel NUC series.
Eventually, he aggressively complained and believed that the PC did not boot because of no SSD install.
However, PCs obviously start posting and stop booting (reading Windows booting information) and show ‘No HDD for booting found’.
Please read the conversation with the buyer and make your decision weather or not his feedback is correct.
